It sounds like you're well on your way. Especially by keeping the dream journal - what's the point of having a lucid dream when you're not even going to remember it!! |

First of all, I've only known about LDing for nearly a week. I've always had dreams where I knew I was dreaming (like 75%). I started a dream journal on a little notepad by my bed. I eat right food with vitamins and minerals that induce REM activity. Ive had a dry spell for bout 2 days now (but I was dwelling too much on LDing there, so I do know why). I have been listening to the LD audio mp3 file from this forum and I have been regularly doing RC's in reality (about 7-10 a day). So, am I on my way to having an LD? |

An Idea. A single idea from the human mind can build cities. An idea can transform the world and rewrite all the rules.

Just remember, man, that is all you need to have a lucid dream. That sentence alone declares that you've had plenty of them. What you're reaching for now is lucidity with control. A lucid dream is simply a dream where you know you're dreaming. You can have a lucid dream without even consciously interacting with it. |
