Are lucid dreams easier to recall than non-lucid dreams? Since you are an active part of them, wouldnt they be?
Well usually someone learns good dream recall and then goes onto lucidity after a while of good dream recall.
Because of this reason I don't notice a difference in them.
In my case, lucid dreams are much easier to recall. I usually recall most of my non-lucid dreams also, but find that they fade from memory more quickly than lucid ones.
For me, it's hard to recall beginning of a LD. However there is MUCH more motivation to recall a lucid dream. And significanlty more motivation to write it down...
So you try harder and get more results...
However I've already forgot 1 lucid dream... All I remember is saying "can it be a dream? and answering: " Yes, it is a dream!"....
Hmm, if I get lucid again, I know when I begin I'm gonna say to myself that I will remember everything of it, and really concentrate on the meaning like autosuggestion for a few secs, and then i'm gonna fly around a bit and do whatever comes up.
Whee!
