So many people have their own ways of having a lucid dream, or getting sleepy to have one. Some I notice have something chocolate. Others might say "I will have a lucid dream". So I thought, Why not make a thread for people to show their ways of LD? Go ahead, Feel free to explain what you do, to improve the possibilities of having a LD or even a WILD.

When I really want to LD, I keep a Dream Journal, and maintain a steady sleep schedule (going to bed at about the same time every night). I also do quality RCs (reality checks) many times a day, in order to induce a DILD. No matter what technique you do, I think these are all important parts to LDing.
