i was meditating before i went to bed, and i started to feel my body fall asleep. i had the feelign of spinning for about 20 mins. and i almost felt sick lol. but after that it stoped. and i started feeling tingling in my arms. once the tingling had stoped. i decided i would try to pretty much pull my as some would say i guess "my consiousness" out of my arm. like my consiousness has a body. well that was an extreme rush. i started to do it. or what it felt like doing it. and my heart beat went sky high. i was afraid i was gonna get a stroke. and then in front of my eyes i saw like white dots flyiing past me. like stars as if iw as in a space ship. this was a really scarey expierence. and i just had it like ten mins ago. just though id tell you all

Well I personally believe that mediation or dreaming cannot kill or harm you in any way. Sometimes I get a kind of "high" when i'm practicing the 61 point relaxation technique so it must be normal.

do you think i should stop doing this for a while. cuz i really did feel like i was going to have a heart attack. my heart was beating like i had just run a mile.

yeah I wouldn't worry about anything relating to dreaming or meditating concerning health risks... there's no way it can be un-healthy to meditate or harm you.

good because i think i almost got into wild. but i dont know why my heart sped up so fast. it was cool in a way. but then i feared that i would have a heart attack or stroke. and my breathin got really heavy

occasionally when transitioning into a WILD i experience accelerated/pounding heartrate (or at least it seems like it), and the sensation of being unable to breathe.

this is a natural phenomenon whilsy experiencing sleep paralysis.

simply stay calm, know that you are safe, and enter a lucid dream.

When I am deeply relaxed I fell realy giddy, my heart starts beating faster and I get an erection, is this normal?

For some reason no hallucinations bother me. I've seen to much in waking life to be afraid of the dream world :)

Im with AlternateReality.... the sounds get me so worried... but now.. I can never make it that far... I lay there for hours... nothing happens...
I try WBTB and wake up... trun off alram... go straght back to sleep... still I lay there till moring... nothing but weird lights... body falls sleep kidna but never gets to the point I cant movie it... Im relaxed as can be... even if i dotn think... or if I try picture dreams.. I get so far and reaise.. I dont get betetr then that... so I've stoped WILD for the moment.

Do it after sleeping for sevral (5-6) hours, and make sure you have some hours left before daylight. I found that going to sleep at 8 works best then you wake up around 2 and have sevral hours left to WILD/LD.
