      Hello im new, i have a couple of qustions about LD, i got Stephan LeBergs audio lucid dreaming files called,

      01 - Steven LaBerge - Present State Of Consciousness And Lucid Dream State.m4a, 02 - Steven LaBerge - Guided Reality Test.m4a, 03 - Steven LaBerge - Mnemonic Induction Of Lucid Dreams.m4a, 04 - Steven LaBerge - Dream Lotus And Flame Technique.m4a, 05 - Steven LaBerge - Trance Induction Of Lucid Dreaming - Day.m4a, 06 - Steven LaBerge - Trance Induction Of Lucid Dreaming - Night.m4a

      so i listened to number 05 and 06 and i didnt start sleeping, why? am i supposed to listen them before bed and then try to sleep and will have a lucid dream? I will much aprreciate your help, very much

      I've listened to 05 and 06 quite a lot. They never put me in trance and when he says "dream not for a few minutes more" I just imagine some stuff. But after thinking about it I realized those tapes helped me quite a lot. LaBerge says " You may reenter any dream that you wish or create any new dream" and this is so true. One night I've just tried that and discovered the method of dream reentry that I'm using ever since.

      Once I spoke to a hypnotist and he said that the suggestions work best when you think that nothing is happening. Maybe it's just like that....

      so im supposed to not sleep during the tapes?

      no, you are supposed to go to sleep shortly after listening to #6 that's it

      i did it 2 times right before bed, i had dreams that i remember 100% but i couldnt control em

      just search them on P2P file sharing. I usually use Emule or bittorrent.


      Those tracks dont make you lucid by themselves, they HELP you become lucid. Kinda like wax - it doesnt burn by itself but put a thread in it and the wax will support the flame for a long time
