This morning I realised I was dreaming and just when I did I felt myself waking up, except I could half see my dream world and half see my room, I tried moving my hands in my dream and the rose in both the dream and real life, has this ever happened to anyone else, or could I possibly just be remembering this as it could have had happened in a dream, my morning is kind of foggy so I'm not too sure wheter it was real or not?

Hi Rory,
It's pretty possible that you experienced a false awakening and therefore you were dreaming of having woken up and moving your arms when in fact you were asleep.
I had one instance of which i can remember where I woke up (for real) and had my arm extended out above me. However, I remember putting my arm up as I was waking up. Not sure why I did it, because I pretty much knew that I was waking from a dream. Guess that non-reasoning part of my brain had not quite caught up to the fact that there was no reason for me to pick my arm up.

Sounds like what they call a waking dream. I have experienced times where I woke up and I still saw and heard elements of the dream world for a few seconds before becoming fully conscious. This sounds like what you experienced.

sounds like a faultering SP or sleep paralysis. As you awaken, you start to lose your SP and your body regains the ability to move again. This idea is what also causes sleep walking (when you dont reach full SP). The difference is that you were aware of yourself enough to realize your were in fact actually waking up.
So, in a simple means of saying it, what happened is your body awoke before your mind. Hope this makes sense.
