For the print sources, you could use anything from the various books on Lucid Dreaming (Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge, Creative Dreaming by Patricia Garfield, etc.) and you could even take quotes that have already been quoted from other books or sources from those.
As for whether you should do your research paper on it, I'm not sure. It depends whether you think you can get ten pages out of it, especially if you're just going with the benefits. What exactly is the project supposed to be on, and for what course is it?
