Yesterday I had a bad cold. So I decided to break the record and go to sleep at 5.45 PM. I took 6 mg of melatonin and went to bed.
I noticed that drinking water enchances my dreams and helps me with dream recall. I drank half a glass of water after each awakening (about every 2 hours).
What I got was absolutely amazing night of dreams. I had about 8 mind blowing dreams and a false awakening.
Anybody else had a good results with being sick and melatonin?
