I've been wondering how I could Incubate things into my Dreams as I would Incubate roadsigns saying ''do an RC now!'' into my dreams. I've tried visualising such a scene and such a roadsign, but with no success.
Then I suddenly had a, rather weird, dream about my ex girlfriend. I was with her and she was naked ( we used to do do like bunnyrabbits do so no wonder :P ) I was very close with her yet not Sexual, only Passionate and Sensual. Felt very good. Like a good old memory.
When I woke up I started wondering how that THOUGHT may have come to my Mind and eventually appeared into my dream.
So I started to try and make some sense out of how it got in my dreams by tracing back the subconcious thoughts around my ex:
I conciously already knew that I sometimes missed the Passion and how True she was. It didn't work out between us 2 so we parted as good friends.>>> But I figured that the Memory lingered and came back to me in my dream when things in my current relationship weren't running that smoothely and I was sort of missing the Passion. It made me feel unhappy and when you're unhappy your Subconcious Mind sorta starts yelling out at you the uncensored, bare naked truth: ''Hey you miss that passion with her don't you?'' And open minded as I am I admitted to that being true. I actually realised it before I had the Dream too.
But after realising HOW that thought ended up in the Dream I hoped to gain more insight on WHAT and HOW our subconcious Mind incubate things into dreams in teh natural way:
By figuring this out one could Incubate DreamSigns (Like i.e. my ''Do an RC!'' roadsign) deliberately, using the natural way our Subconcious Minds picks certain moments, people and situations from waking life to return to us in our dreams.
Figuring this out would be a breakthrough in Lucid Dream Induction. Most people have trouble with the other techniques as they are kind of going against your own nature. Kinda like fighting and fooling your own dreaming, subconcious Mind
However this Technique is about Figuring out how to use the natural course of our dreaming, go with it instead of against it and try to understand our own Subconcous Dreaming Mind better and sorta harmonize with instead.
See where I'm getting at? This is a Lucid Gold mine.

I hate how things are just in your dreams. It could be something you do everyday or something could be in your dreams you haven't thought about in years. And I see what your getting at, and good luck. I have pretty much no control over what I dream about, it might not help but I play star wars game on my computer. Sometimes in the dark and the bright lights from the computer and all (I know bad for your eyes). Anyways I have plenty of starwars dreams. Maybe bright lights and computer raditation has something to do with? And also the fact that you played it too... Anyways maybe if you dream about a tv show a lot when you wacth that tv show put a post it note saying do a reailty check on the screen. I'm going to try that with my star wars game. :D
