Ok, now every time I wake up, I simply dont have enough time to recall my dreams because my parents are constantly yelling at me to get up, and my brother opens all the curtains which makes light go directly into my eyes. The combination of the two compleatly fu**s up my dream and I lose most of it. Yesterday I even had 200mg of B6 and I remember the dream being vivid but I cant remember any details other than the fact I was in school and my teacher was there. Anyone have any ideas on how to controll them, I know you are going to say use the WBTB technique, but my room is right next to my parents and I am a heavy sleeper, so it usually takes alot to get me out of bed.

i try using mild. just say until u fall asleep "i will awake from my dreams and completely remember them". Fill free to revise this any way u want. somtimes i just say i will remember my dreams over and over in my head. Make sure whatever u say is the last thought in your head before u drift into sleep. works very well for me

oh and your avatar really creeps me out lol
