I have only just begun to have lucid dreams, and I love the thought of exploring this world. In this morning's dream, after becoming lucid, I looked for a door to open, just to see what would be behind it. (There was an old woman and an angry dog, who became friendlier.)
I look forward to continuing to have ld's at whatever pace they come, and exploring my dream world. I am curious for those who have had ld's over a longer period of time, if there is consistency to your dream world? I'm not really thinking of people who control their dreams, I'm thinking of those who wander through their dream world, exploring what is there. Although, for those who try to control their environment, I'd be curious if there's consistency in the environment that appears as well.

There seems to be some consistency in my experience. And there are correlations to this world, such as I've been to Hawaii in an LD. So there was a Hawaii over there too, and it had beaches and sand and waves and was beautiful. Not to mention so freakin' real!
I've also encountered a central dream station. It was made up of 2 buildings in a desert area. There were all kinds of people there, and apparently we were all having lucid dreams at the same time. I've asked before on this forum if anyone else has ever been there, but no one recalled what I described.
