I cant seem to recognize any dreamsigns!!!and i've been doing everything..reality checks throughout the day,drinking herbal teas,ect.but nothing is working.and i dont understand why....
I got interested in LDs over a year ago... at first, i was trying too hard to get lucid, i followed every instruction i could get my hands into, etc... I was putting too much pressure on myself. So i decided to take a break for a few weeks, and that's when i got my first LD. So my advice to you is to stick around, be patient and not pressure yourself too hard. It's a process that takes time.
are you keeping a dream journal? thats the most important thing. if you don't improve your dream recall there is absolutely no way you can have an LD because you won't be able to remember it.
after you have decent dream recall try to get into the habit of reality checks. like every time you see a heart ♥ do a reality check. i'm sure you'll experience a heart at least one time in your dreams.
also: dream signs don't have to be concrete things like a green bunny rabbit. they could be something like driving really bad, or stepping in chewing gum.

hmm.. has your dream recall imporved at all? like on average. how many dreams do you remember per night?
i can remember a couple dreams a night,anywhere from 2-3 dreams
well it sounds like you just need to get the reality checks into your mind a little more. judging by the Joined: thing on your profile, i assume you've only been doing reality checks for about 5 days.
i did basically the same thing you are doing, recognizing dream signs, doing constant reality checks, etc. and it still took me a little more than a week to get my first lucid dream. and it was a pretty long/vivid one too :content:
dont worry, itll come. it also helps if dont fret about it. keep happy and a stress free day, and then have peaceful sleep at night. do RC's during the day, and itll come. i joined over a month ago and i just had my first LDs a couple weeks ago.
i got some B6,100mg pills..i'll see how that works
