I've only been lucid 3 times, and none for over few minutes. I got over the hurdle of being exited. But now my problem is feeling my sleeping body when lucid. The last time I was lucid I was flying to go see a friend and I felt pressure on my butt, like when you're slouching in a chair or something, so I shook my body to relieve the pressure. When I did that I felt my hand move on the side of my leg and I lost the dream.
Should I just try to ignore the pressure I feel from my sleeping position, or what?

I usually ignore it myself if I feel my sleeping body in the dream. But I noticed it only occurs when I'm in an awkward sleeping position. Usually if I lay flat on my back then I cancel out the sensations of feeling my sleeping body especially with hands directly on my side. Ignoring it also works because after a little while you don't even feel it anymore. Just try focusing more on your dream world when that occurs.
Oh by the way welcome to the forum halesia.

Thanks Ne-yo. I'll do that next time and hopefully the sensations will go away.
