I need some help in seeing if i am listening to my SUB C or if its just me thinking inside my head.
this can happen to me anytime i chose too, but what happens is this... I'll be hearing my voice inside my head, and i can say whatever i want to say..I'm just wondering what this might be?
I'm thinking its just me talking inside my head.

The voice inside my head right now is saying "Uh, yeah, that's exactly what you're hearing!" I think we all have a voice that speaks inside our heads. When we meditate or go into states of deeper focus, we can come to new realizations that may come from lower levels of consciousness, but I think most of us would agree that the voice you're talking about is exactly what you called it, just you talking inside your head.

In other words, that is the normal process of thinking. How could you think outside your head?

I think I know what you are talking about. Of course, everyone has that voice inside their head that "sub-vocalizes" everything that they are thinking. But I think you are talking about something else.
Sometimes, when I am going to sleep, I have the same thing happen. If I pay attention, I can hear all sorts of random voices in my head. Some I recognize, some I do not. It usually starts off as 3 or 4 word phrases that are usually just jibberish. I can sometimes "will" them to say what I want, but usually not. I am pretty much just listening.
Once I am able to really start paying attention to what they are saying, I usually fall asleep.

Thats probably just the "normal thought process". I'm thinking about what i'm going to type before I type it, thus i'm saying it in my head.
