Last night id been out the night before and i was tired as hell, I crashed on my bed with the lights on and my mind wandered into a dream scene. I was almost fully immersed in the dream and i figured out that "Hey I was a wake a couple of minutes ago on my bed" and was about to do stuff when i got tripped over (in the dream) and in real life my leg kicked up like a spasm all by itself. I do this all the time (with the something happening in the dream and it happening in real life... i almost kicked a hole in my wall once) but last night i realized that it could quite possibly be the beginning stages of a WILD.
Later in the night i also had a lucid dream, it was completely unstable and i woke up within a minute or so. I looked at my hands and I could barely see them but i still looked at them. Then when it was almost gone I yelled "Increase Lucidity!" but i did it in real-life and woke up.
