I would just like to alert people to the problematic bureacrocy in Europe and in the UK. Melatonin is a restricted product which is only available under prescription (and the NHS we have in the UK, are very conservative and want to push synthetic anti-cholinergenic rubbish which damages the brain). So far I have unsuccessfully appealed to various doctors for a melatonin prescription, even staying awake for 32 hours to at least have an attempt at deceiving doctors that I REALLY need it and that the drugs they usually prescribe I say 'don't work'. It is annoying, i got the response 'we only allocate Melatonin prescriptions to the elderly' or 'you are perfectly healthy, nothing wrong on your blood samples'.
So a quick fish on google, they are a handful of sites, I am unsure whether or not these sites are dubious, without mentioning the companies I will just say some of them are from the GoogleAd program. I usually am very skeptical and undecided whether or not these are bogus companies or bogus products, there is provided descriptions of Pharmaceutical grade Melatonin in the ingredients. It's somewhat confused me.
If you have any advise or information for me it would be of great help. Anyone in the UK have any experience with Melatonin products?
thanks

Try ihealthtree.com. You can ship it there. It's technically a crime. But you can do it. May I recommend getting:
Melatonin 2.5mg Sublingual Orange 120 Tabs from Source Naturals Melatonin 2.5mg Sublingual Orange 120 Tabs from Source Naturals
It's what I use and I love it. It has b6 already in it to help you absorb the melatonin. Good luck!
