Just thought it would be interesting to share what we go through during HI? Well for me it starts with my whole body pulsing and vibrating a lot and then usually I will start to hear random noises. it varies what noises I hear. When I was around 10 and had SP (without knowing what it was) I was terrified because I could hear all these voices talking to me and just after they all stopped one alone went "It's behind you"! That scared the hell out of me! but nowadays it's hard to remember what I hear... I remember hearing loads of eletrical buzz kinda noises which was kinda funky, but as far as images go I generally only see darkness and then BAM a full landscape which I hop right on into.
What are yours like?

I don't ever remember seeing anything like HI, but I am trying to learn using Sythix's techniques. Sometimes I might hear a very faint voice, but I always think that I was something that was just in my mind, like I didn't actually hear it. My body is a different story, though. When I used to try WILDing, my body would feel all messed up. My left arm would feel like it was where my right arm was, but I liked that feeling and cannot seem to get it anymore.

1. I feel like I'm falling through my bed into black nothingness.
2. I hear a sound like an old radio trying to tune in on a station but can't.
3. As the weird radio sound continues, I hear a booming echo-ey voice. It's a male voice speaking in a language I don't understand but I know it's a language.
4. I kind of seee faint lines and blotches of color moving around.
But that's how far I've ever gotten because the loud voice scared me too much to go on so I stopped it. It's scarey for a bit after that though because by then I'm in sleep paralysis so I just have to keep struggling to move until I can.

when i see it, they are usually faces of different kinds. when i create it, they are usually different areas/places/objects that i think of. i don't hear any sounds or anything, just see images mostly.
