well the other day i was tryin to wild and i would end up just gettin to the hypogagnic experiences, and i could never get past them, i just kept keep trying and the visuals would become really intense then the vibrations would wake me up, but this is not really a problem my problem is that now whenever i try to go to sleep at night i start to get dizzy and it ends up being too intense to go to sleep, so now i have to wait until i am completely exhausted to go to sleep. This could be a coincidence but i doubt it because it started happening the night after i tried wildin to many times. The only thing i can think of is that after attempting to wild repeatedly like that my body is now trained to do that every time. any suggestions
