The art of dreaming by Carlos Casteneda...Interesting, I'm half way through it....Allitle of it is really out there, and the fact they took alot of hallucinagens makes me question some of it....but it says alot of interesting things about those dreams where you wake up within a dream and this is usually a happening in my lucid dreams.
