I had posted this right before the data crash the other day. I wondered why it was missing and then saw that we had lost about 36 hours of data.
On the morning of December 11th I had multiple lucid dreams and several false awakenings which actually helped me slip back into a lucid state. I had more LD that night than in all of my 15 years combined! It was actually easier to be lucid than it was to not. I was pulled toward being lucid rather than the other way around. I flew (which I've never had a problem doing anyway), interacted with many DC and actually was able to transform these individuals any way that I liked. This has been my second experience in a 10 day period which is closer than any previous timeframe.
Now to update! On the early morning of the 13th I had about 3 lucid dreams. The frequency of my LDs are getting closer although they were not as intense as the ones on the 11th.
I am getting much better at this at an amazing rate (at least what I would term amazing for me personally).
The frequency is increasing.
The clarity is better.
The length of episodes are longer.
My control is improved.
WOW! I am having a blast!

Haha, good job man! 10 years of lucid dreaming...wow.
As for the "reality" of them, you could try this: http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/inde...howtopic=32885.
It shows a few ways to increase the vividness of LDing. I tried that once, and it gave me the best lucid dream I've ever had.
