      Alcohol, Drugs, and Lucid Dreaming

I was talking to my friends about drugs alcohol and lucid dreaming a few days ago. The question of them interfearing with the LD or OBE sequence came into mind. What would you guys say about this?

Several people have asked that same question. For the most part they do not go hand in hand with Lucid dreaming. They usually supress your memory making dream recall difficult.
Hallucinagins make it difficult to sleep and depressents make it too easy to sleep.
They could also have a physcological effect on the individual taking them.
Which in turn may take an effect on the ability to Lucid dream.

i have lucid dreamt after smoking pot but normally I dont and it was a long time after, just before I woke up. Generally with marijauna ur REM decreases /clouds dreams and with alcohol its ok in moderation but too much will prevent u from lucid dreaming.

The dream is real, my friends. The failure to realize it is the only unreality.
