Iv always thought i didnt have nighmares because i have never woken up sweaty and scared, with someone trying to kill me.
But what i think i realized today, actaully a few minutes ago when i was thinking about lastnights dream is that i have nighmares all the time.
They arnt in the form of a vampire chasing me, or a serial killer. What they are is HUGE Gult trips.
Ex: "I got into a car crash and killed a innocent family"
I have dreams similar to that all the time, i wake up thinking omg, omg i am SO glad that didnt happen in real life.
In my eyes thoughs are my nightmares.
-I almost like them, becuase when i wake up i have the greatest feeling ever
-Im SO relived.
-I always learn a lesson.
-Its like finding out the docters were mistaken and you dont have cancer. (I realize its NO WERE near as superb as that)
So nightmares? Bring them on shyne (subconcious)

A majority of my nightmares dont involve monsters or demons or axe wielding maniacs.
Most of them play on the insecurities I have in real life, for example:
My girlfriend cheating on me, no one respecting me, friends betraying me e.t.c.
I have had a few nightmares which involved Zombies or devils but I actually quite enjoy these so I wouldn't class them as nightmares as such, I find the ones involving insecurities much more frightening, if only for the fact that they highlight your insecurities!

Its normally not my insecuritys it plays on but things i love getting taken away.
Last night i dreamed about my Dog getting hit by a car, and my teeth disolving.
LOL, i love my dog, and my teeth.
Just weird lol.

thats strange that you didnt consider things like that nightmares before hand... i've always considered dreams where terrible things happened nightmares.

I dont know, i guess its bacuse i have always liked them becuase of the feeling when you wake up. But yeah, i just wanted to see if other people have "nightmares" like this. And if they are enjoyable to others also.
These dreams are normally very vivd for me also.

I have this type of dream too; they can be so bad I am crying in my sleep and then I am so glad it was only a dream. Can't say I enjoy them, but I know what you mean about learning a lesson. I guess my bad dreams have been about evenly split between this type and the monster-nightmare type.
