Is it possible to get into a state from meditation so you become lucid if so can soemone tell me a few methods how.
Well, some say no. But I believe they are essentially the same thing. But meditation to most people means relaxing etc. so maybe hypnosis would be a better word. If you have msn, add me and I'll send you some GREAT hypnosis induction mp3's that I have, worked first time. First part is like meditation where you get relaxed and he has a brilliant method of this. It's hard for me to be relaxed but he made me more relaxed then ever before. Then he goes onto creating imagery in your brain and you eventually just 'fall' into it.
Atention meditation.. can help you to become more easyly Lucid, have clearer LD's, have more control is your Lds, have higher levels of Lds..
Why>? because trough this meditation you become more aware...
For example when I go on meditation retreat meditating for more than 10 hours per day.. at night Lds come VERY naturally, in a soft and easy way.
There is a DREAM YOGA... Buddhist methods and believes of LDs, they have 2500 years of expierence..
Search for Allan Wallace (buddhist teacher) about Dream Yoga , is really good.
