Last night I went to sleep thinking of lucidity. In the midst of a dream, I see red flashing lights from the light mask i'm wearing. But more importantly, after this, I seemed to get thrown into a dark void, somewhere between waking and dreaming, and I heard this wooshing sound. I knew I was somewhat asleep, and started to imagine the wooshing as wind, and before I knew it I was calm as anything and soaring over a blue green earth which formed slowly in front of my eyes. But it faded very quickly.
Could someone tell me what happened, was I awake and falling right back asleep or is it possible it was kind of a WILD from a sleep state already???
Is it possible to get slightly woken from a dream, and kind of drift right back in visualizing what you want to see? :? :?
