This is a poem I've composed over a period over the course of the last 4 minutes, It began as a joke but actually turned into some self-reassurance, perhaps it can help everyone?! :content:
The magic lies in sleep
Decending in the mind so deep
A universe with no limits or bounds
Very few once there, just stand around.
Jump off a building, pretend you have wings
Fly into the air from some swings
Be tarzan the man with the plan
No need to eat anything bland
Fulfill your deepest fantasy
Finally now, you can break completely free
Skydive happily without a parachute
On the way down change the scene to Italy the Boot
Lying on the bed with your worries and woes
Twitching your fingers and twitching your toes
Know that with some effort paradise becomes yours
The possibilites are limitless, there are no locked doors.
