I usually take sleeping pills at 1:00am every night. My body usually naturally wakes up at about 7:30am. Then I go back to sleep and wake up once again at around 10:30am.
My question is: If I went to sleep at 1:00am without taking my sleeping pill, then I woke up at 7:30am like I usually do, and take the sleeping pill then, would I still have the same potential for lucid dreaming, since my brain would still be in REM mode?
