      I was just wondering, if im listning to mp3's that trance u, and the ones that are like different stages, for example the Mind Voyage ones. Do i repeat them over? cuz iv had only really vivid glimpses, not so much dreams. and when i try to focus in on my dreams i catch myself RCing in my dream only to have no effect.
      I have like 5 second thoughts that seem to appear really vivid. also the mp3's are in a series and last 1 hour and 13 minutes in length. I have another mp3 that is called lucidremix it can be found here on the forums. Do i play the " I am dreaming one." after all the hypnoones are done to cary throughout the night??? Trance Induced Lucid Dreaming is really effective but hard to manage your thoughts into one. NEED HELP

      where can i get lucid remix? where can i get these mind thingys, links are good, i'll give another reply to try and help you

      In the forums search Trance Induced. look for one thats like alot of posts

      ok here goes, i suggest that if trance induced lucid dreams are not working so well for you then try some other methods until you find one that suits you, i'm havin difficulty at the moment but if i keep at it i will surely have many lucid dreams to come

      the mp3's iv been listning to are giving me very vivid detail. And im awake through all of it with my eyes closed but my body is not even there. last night i took my headphones out(kinda mad why i decided to) But I had the best sleep ever it felt so good. So im going to keep the ipod running in my ears all night. Im going to have an alarm clock from my ipod switch and run the lucidremix2.mp3 after 4 hours of turning the series on. to make me aware that im dreaming. and yeah i really want a lucid dream uber bad. My friend gets them but doesn't use any techniques.

      What you may use with those MP3s is the "Sneak Your Awareness in a Dream" techinque (lol, I dont have a fancy name for this). What you are trying to do with this technique is to split your awareness in two. One part (primary) just follows whatever thoughts come to your mind and drifts off to sleep. Another part (very tiny) acts as an alarm clock and monitors your state. When the desired condition/state is achieved the "alarm clock" goes off and alerts you of your altered state of mind. You can catch all kind of funky stuff with this technique : deep HI, altered states of thought, borderline wake/dream experiences, WILDs and DILDs.
      But it is not a very easy technique and I'm not exactly sure on how to practice it. What I know is - you gotta fine tune the trigger condition, otherwise you are gonna end up in near dream state often...

      In your case you would listen to the MP3s and follow their directions while a small part of your mind will monitor your condition. DO NOT allow your primary awareness monitor your state/condition - this will cause you to jump the gun and become fully aware at the onset of WILD/HI/whatever, returning you to full awareness before the state solidifies.
