For a while every dream I'd have was lucid. Now I'm having none even with prevalent dreamsigns and what not. Now even when I take my afternoon naps I won't even dream at all much less get lucid. This used to be the perfect time for it. Will this phase pass?

Sure it I'll pass. Some weeks I have lots of ld's and other weeks I don't have any. If I did MILDS or WILDS or any of those my ld count would probaly be more consitent than just doing reailty checks.

Don't worry. Everyone has ups and downs, if you could keep consistantly lucid dreaming all the time, then you'd be envy'd by most on this forum. Just keep your head up buddy.

Yeah, I just ended a dry spell so I know how you feel. It'll pass.

Like all the others have said, If it's happened for no reason at all, It's sure to pass

Tomeeka,
I know how you feel. I at first had a whole bunch of LD's and then they stopped for 2 weeks. just recently I've had 3 LD's over 2 days, so there is really no predictable pattern.
Since you've had LD's in the recent past you know that you have the ability somewhere in there, so just reassure yourself of that, and that its only a matter of time before your next one.
I actually let my mind wander a bit before I had these 3 LD's, so maybe if you let your intentions float to the back of your mind, and just gently imagine yourself back in your previous LD's the idea will appear again in your dreams.
Something I'm going to try is review my LD's up to today immediately before bed, maybe this can get your mind thinking about it again.
Anyway, don't worry, don't try too hard, because you will get them back. :)
