Watching, taking notes for my human behavior class... oh wait Im not in any classes...

I was hopining that the both of you would resolve this issue, I am not quite sure what the hell happend here, but simmah dahn nah.

in a matter of like 2 posts the both of you seemed at each others throats, if you wish to continue it, do so in PM's, I ask that you refrain from being so negative and attacking each other, firstly because most of us dont wana hear it... secondly and more importantly having enemies sucks, friends are much better.

Hm

Wow.. another negative tangent.. I nearly forgot what the thread was about..

Stressing the mind over something as hard to attain such as a lucid dream can become that itself; stressful.

Also, in some cases your subconscious mind will make you dream lucidily because your focus upon it has relaxed and you are just generally looking for a lucid dream without your full attention.

That was summed up badly I think..

- Take a break, it's good for your head
- Taking a break will relax you too, which might make lucidity easier to attain

(I had so many distractions while typing this post that I have completely forgot my train of thought)

Hopefully enlightening somehow, lol,

The taking a break isn't fricken working... does anyone have any suggestions on not lucid dreaming?

wasup: If you have a non-lucid dream, when you wake up, try to stay perfectly still and fall back to sleep. That works so good, now I don't have to do reality checks!

Well, you could also wake up for an hour, then go back to bed. This just increases the likelyhood of a DILD

You can also concentrate on those things you see when you close your eyes, and eventually they will form into things, then you'll start dreaming...
