Hi guys,
I've been lucky enough to have had 3 LD's over the past 2 nights out of nowhere. I'm wondering if anyone has a way to use previous dreams to help you become lucid in the future. I have a record of all my LD's to date, (7) but if anyone knows of a way to use the knowledge of those past Lucid dreams to produce more in the future enlighten me :) please.
-Is there a certain mind process I should use to become familiar with lucidity, in addition to becoming more aware of reality, and examining everything as if It could be a dream?
-Should I review my past LD's every night before bed, or throughout the day?
Any ideas are wonderlicious and welcome.

Dream signs. Using a dream journal can help people find certain themes, items, people, or even colors that is more commonly seen in dreams then in real life or other dreams, but for this I suggest recording every dream not just the lucid ones. Also keeping a dream journal is good for figuring out your perfect reality check of technques for dream control. Looking at older lucid dreams helps learning from your mistake in thier for dream control, like some of my dream I find that when I blink or close my eyes I tend to open them again and have a false awakenings, so then I won't use any dream tecnquies such as closeing your eyes and picturing something appearing or try and appear somewhere else as a technique because it might cause a fasle awakening.

You now know the feeling of lucidity so when you perform a reality check you can assosciate that feeling to the RC. Try to recall the exact feeling of lucidity. This can also help you MILD successfully, when you get to the part about imagining your dreaming recall this same feeling of lucidity. I guess the easy way to put it would be, mental association to lucidity helps the mind achieve the same state.
