Walking through objects is pretty cool, I have walked through a wall in one LD. I'm best at flying though, and after that to spawn objects.
I've yet to have an LD, but i know what im gonna be good at. EVERYTHING!!! ahhahahaha
and no im not cocky, im just better then you guys at everything.
I always enjoy making objects change color. I don't know what it is, maybe the multitude of ways the transformation takes place. Sometimes the colors wash away, revealing the new color I've selected. Other times it's a sudden "bam!" and there it is. There's also the slow fade, checker-board pattern or a virtual slider than wipes from one color to the next.
I also like to fly around and "impress people" with grand aerial acrobatics. One time I was in a bar with a movie showing on a screen. Maybe two dozen people were seated, watching the movie. I floated up in front of the screen in a Superman flying pose with one arm straight out and the other kind of cocked back. I said in a goofy, silly voice, "Superman!" Everyone laughed... It's easy to impress a captive audience. Usually I do a much more intricate show.
I'm able to pass through objects but it's always taken me effort to do so. At first, the wall, window, etc... has always felt completely solid and only with concentrated effort have I been able to pass through. I'm certainly working on that skill, though.
I think i am the best at flying and other acrobatics in my dreams. I really haven't worked on anything else other than spawning items and people.
telikinises is my favorite. one time i pulled the sun around the world to make it morning. :) with my mind of course
Oh SHNAPPP!
Same, I love wraping my mind around somehting and flinging it all over the place. But My issue isn't control in dreams, it's coming up with things to do. High-level lucids are rare for me, only three so far. :blue:
Just an ongoing dream of climbing down the side of a deep ravine, standing on a ledge wondering which way is the most easiest. Then deciding to tumble down the cliff, bouncing and smiling all the way down. Have taken several different routes to get down. Have not tried to step off and fly, will probably do it next time it comes around. Last night I stood on the ledge looking down and said "stop!" I did not want to participate in the dream. It is very vivid in that I can see the detail of the landscape, it is barren of trees and if you look down there are two small rivers flowing into each other with a land mass between them. The sky is blue with fluffy cumulus clouds.
When I manage to do some LDing well, I wanna be best at either shapeshifting or flying. Uh....yah
I've pretty much only done flying (effortless) and mind controll (again, effortless) I think the real challenge to dream controll is how to come at it; I couldn't do the mind controll by concentrating, but as soon as I told the person that I was controlling them, they did whatever I wanted. Oh, I also made a portal, but I didn't have a chance to try it; I woke up.
Sounds cool using a portal. I have to try it when I have an LD - and can remember it within the dream of course.
mine would have to be transforming into other people/creatures....its so cool...
I'm really good at passing through objects and getting places. One of my favs is walking through a mirror to what I already know will be on the other side, which is of course whatever I want.
Flying is real easy - easy as walking in RL, in fact. I just sort of take it for granted most of the time. I had a short LD last night in which I chose to re-capture the pure joy of flying for a bit.
sephiroth....a giant bird... a dragon....neo and many other things...
Superhuman/metaphysical melee fighting skills. That's gotta be my favorite.
Other than that, it's a tie between flight and telekinesis.
I love fighting in lucid dreams too. :D The coolest fighting I done in a lucid dream was hand to hand combat with this other guy. You know how in a lucid dream you can do anything you imaginie (more accurate term is anything you can picture), and you know how some speeds are so fast you can't even see them (or picture them) I was fighting right on the line right before fighting so fast I can't even picture it. It was soooo aderinal rushing!!! :bigteeth: I was suprised I didn't wake up, I did stop the fight after a bit when it got to that point fast and just made the other dude disapper. I also made some people blow up in my dreams, but that's definitly not as fun.
