For me it's lying on my stomach. I usually get to sleep within a few minutes. I only sleep on my left side or my stomach. I rarely sleep on my back.

Well, for me it's a variety of ways. Sometimes I will get to sleep real quick on my side. Other times, I will lay on my back (best for lucids :content: ).
I'd say that most of the time I sleep on my back, though. But when I'm just not feeling well, I'll switch to my side or stomach.

I usually fall asleep fastest on my stomach. Second fastest is on my side with my legs bent at the waist.

Usually left or right, I start on my right side for a few minutes then I go onto my left to sleep. No matter what side I sleep on, I always wake on my back though.
I'd say upside down, or holding your breath. I'm not sure about upside down, but I assume that you would eventually pass out because of the blood rushing to your head. And same with holding your breath, you will eventually pass out.

I prefer lying on the side - both right and left is ok. And I sometimes lie on my back.
For me it's going to bed when I'm tired. I usually fall asleep pretty fast regardless of orientation.
