I've heard a number of things one focuses his or her mind on when attempting a WILD... usually very dull things like walking down a continuous flight of stairs, performing a boring activity like filling in every square on a piece of graph paper...
But playing Tetris for prolonged periods at a time has been proven to have such an effect on people's minds, that they unconsciously see falling Tetrominoes fitting together in their mind whenever they close their eyes to doze off for a nap or even just to go to sleep. It's happened to me before multiple times, and I wonder if it might perhaps help induce a WILD (I'd never attempted WILD back then, as I didn't even know what a LD was).
Might this be called... a TILD? Honestly, though, do you think it might help one attain lucidity? The reason I'm bringing this up before experimenting with it is to stir up interest among some of you who at least semi-enjoy Tetris. I'd rather not experiment with this alone, as I still haven't even become lucid by the normally suggested means.
