Sorry if I'm whoring but I think this needs to be looked into. It seems to be the general consensus here that a B6 supplement will help you attain lucidity and have more vivid dreams. In short, I have major doubts that a B6 supplement (pill form) will help you achieve the above, if at all. The increase in activity may just be placebo. However, eating a raw source of B vitamins daily could prove to be very powerful if there's already improvements with a placebo...or maybe not.
