Have you ever asked a serious question in a lucid dream to a DC or DG and had it answered?
If so, was it good advice/answer? Just curious. I was wondering if maybe they can help us out with things in some way.

I've realized things within my dreams, but not as a result as asking the question to someone in my dream.
If they give you an answer, it will be something maybe you didn't already know, but something your brain could concoct. They couldn't solve a math problem that you didn't understand, or give you the answer to something on your test that you got wrong (unless by guessing). However, they may have abstract opinions to certain questions that don't have real answers. If you were to live forever in isolation with no new knowledge, these answers would eventually come to you in real life, though.
...however, I'm impelled to ask them anything and everything! I want to see what my mind knows that I don't know. Technically, they should be smarter than me because they can dig information that I've forgotten up..! :content:
this would be awesome to do, i'm still waiting for my next controllable lucid dream, i'd love to ask questions like "what is my purpose?" "why am i here?" etc etc, all that cool stuff, i'll keep everyone posted as soon as i can do this
You never forget anything you learn, you just forget how to summon the information already at your disposal. I think dreams just tell you stuff you already know.
During one of my dreams, where I had this happen, I had a feeling that I had figured out the answer to life; it was so obvious, but when I woke up I couldn't remember the answer. You could simply ask "What is the answer to life, the universe, and everything?" and think someone answered you with a very deep and meaningful answer when, in reality, it/she/he answered "42."
