Waking up stright after each dream?

It seems like I am waking up sooner after each dream. When I first started trying to get lucid dreams, wouldn't go stright from the dream to being awake. Its like you had the dream and you slowly wake up, could be a few minutes before your fully awake. I am sure most of you know what I am talking about.

Anyway it seems like now I always go from dream to fully awake almost instantly. A lot of the time my body still feels pretty numb, and yesterday almost had sleep paralysis. Could still move but was a lot harder like it had just stopped. Seems like it happens all the time, even if I forget a dream, I still wake up right after anyway.

Just wondering if anyone else noticed you wake up a lot sooner. If I keep waking up faster and faster, maybe I will start waking up inside the dream heh. Would make being lucid a lot easier heh.

Hey yea that's a good sign! You can use that to do WILDs and improve your dream recall. Since it'll be easier for you to fall asleep and also since you are waking directly from REM you'll have the dream fresh in your mind.

That is how it is for me as well. Good thing is, that is really great for dream recall.

Thats a great thing, and I experience it too... The downside is lack of deep sleep :( That's why i feel so tired...

I generally don't wake up like that, but when I do I remember my dreams pretty well most of the time...
