Hey, i'm trying to improve my WILDs at the moment, i've had failure the past two days and i intend to sort one of them tonight, i can't seem to get to sleep at night because i'm either excited or worried, do you think that if i did some exercise an hour before i go to bed would do the job?

My next issue is after waking up after 5-7 hours of sleep, i do this and then i'm not sure what to do, should i go straight back to bed and try since i'll be tired when i awaken, or should i wait an hour, my problem is being too aware, i don't need anything to really wake up in the morning, i can stay aware for as long as i wish, its just the making my body fall asleep part that i stuggle with the most, thanks for any tips and help

Well what works best for me is waking up for about a hour to three then going back to bed but if you stay up to long you might not be able or want to go back to sleep
