Basically, I stopped lucid dreaming or concentrating on reality checks at all for some reason, for a while now. Is there any way to get back in? A program or something like that?

Well, I feel like I had more enthusiasm or something like that.
Also, before alarms worked on me. Ie. I would set an alarm for 5:00 in the morning and GET UP while I now simply turn it off and go back to sleep, thinking "I'll WBTB some other day". However, maybe my break from LDing will be beneficial to me when I start again, so I will not have "alarm resistance".
