2 Milds And A 2 Day Dry Spell

I have given up my WILDs since they were disrupting my sleep patterns and i didn't get much sleep, i'm trying MILDs again, day 1 of trying i remembered 6 dreams, day 2 and 3 i remember nothing, the strangest thing is that i didn't really have anything on my mind, i was determined, i wasn't really really excited, i just took it easy and let nothing worry me or excite me too much, i don't get how any of this works, some people just think about having a lucid and have one, i was told that having lucids will get easier but at the moment there seems to be a huge gap between them, its strange how things are taking so long for me, i'm annoyed about it but i'm not letting it get me down or worried, i'm just generally sick of trying and failing, with my last lucid dream the night before i said that i would concentrate on just my dream recall and give up trying to have a lucid, maybe thats the key, what do you think i should do?

Hehe, sorry I'm just messing.

It's an anagram of FAT (Focus Attention Technique) and MILD.

I'm trying to combine them together myself tonight.

I think FAT will aid MILD because you focus on something after setting your intention to remember you're dreaming, and so keep other thoughts out of your mind.

lol, i understand now, well what i'm going to try you could call it a bit of reverse psychology, i'm telling myself that i'm not going to try anymore which should hopefully induce a luci dream tonight, i hope it works though, its worked in the past but i only tried it once and i din't intend to induce one.
