Basically what alot of Lucid Dreamers have is that they forget all about Lucid Dreaming, to question their Reality and to do RCs while Dreaming.
Well I thought of this:
If you could think of something that you must remember and aren't likely to forget, like ''Don't foget to Learn for your exams!'' then you could associate it with Questioning Reality and do a Reality check when you find yourself learning your exams. Some memories are more Continuously on your Mind as they have a certain urgency to them. Do you see how this could work?
Now I just need a list of such ''things-to-do we aren't likely to forget''.
With this I need your help.
* An exam to learn (Do an RC when you're learning your exams)
* Taking vitally important medication (Do an RC when taking Medications)
* To call your Girlfriend/Boyfriend/Lover/Bit-of-both-Friend (Do an RC when calling them)
* Wake up in time before going to School/Work (Do an RC when you awaken; This may trigger false awakenings)
* To smoke a Joint you just rolled (Do an RC when smoking a Joint)
* To go jamming with your band. (etc...)
* To smoke a cigarette
* To get your new Passport/ID-card when it's going invalid soon.
* To pay the Rent (RC when doing your Rent-administration.
*Etc
Well you get the Idea.
However the Memories should be of things to do that you are really going to do in Waking Life in the near Future.
It should be compatable to your life; If you gotta do something very important tomorrow or in a week for instance. Use that urgent memory for this trick by associating it with doing an RC and then doing an RC whenever you find yourself doing that important thing you had to do and tried to remember.
I experience I very often do things in Dreams that were important to remember in waking life.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This makes a lot of sense, since in dreams everything seems normal, whether or not it actually is! So, doing reality checks and associating them with important but "normal" things, instead of random events that seem unreal, might work much better. Plus, like the SKA said, we often dream about the crap we find important in life.
I'm gonna start putting little post-it notes on my pill bottles that say RC, and then get strange looks from the family.
