I've quit trying to remember my dreams for a while and my reacall really suks now, but i've had more lucid dreams in one week then ever! why is this and what can i do to get my recall bak up w/o/ taking away the lucid dreams? (btw, the lucid dreams are about the only dreams i remember) please help!!!!

It happens. Just keep at it. Usually doesn't take more than a couple of weeks for me when I fall off the dreaming wagon.

One probably does not have anything to do with the other. Just make an effort to remember your dreams, it is unlikely your lucidity will drop if you do so.
