Definitions Please

Ive come across a lot of abreviations. Some I know, some I don't. I am hoping to get a full grasp on what all of them mean and in such the ability to practice them. This will not only be a help to me but to all newbes that don't know what you are talking about. Here is a list of some I have run across...

dild, mild, wild, fild, vild, cat, p&rild, dcild, tild, rild.

I don't think this is the Only ones that I have seen. I know that there is an Acrinim list but it does not give a full description of how to Practice these. I would hope that those who have more experiance will bare with mine and other ignorance and Help us. Feel Free to Leave others that I have left out.
