Hey, i was reading on the forums today and it gave me an idea, its probably already been found and done before but just to make sure it would work here it is. What if i was to attempt a WILD but when going back to bed to try and go into SP you don't go with the intention of keeping your mind aware for the sake of SP but keeping your mind aware by meditating whilst in bed, if meditating would you not get the same results once SP is induced? I'm sure this would proabably work, i know there are lots of people like me that struggle to actually get to sleep when trying to get into SP, but with the intention of meditating not attempting a WILD, this way you may not be worried of failing to get to SP but just a simple relaxing session of meditation. It's just a thought, i'm going to try it tonight, i'll post results tomorrow. thanks, comments are welcome
