How do you stay in your lucid dream for a while. Like a week. Is there a technique for it or does it just happen.:)
Nope, there's no technique for making dreams last longer than you're actually asleep, at least none we know.
Dream time to Reality time has been proven to be the same, if not extremely close.
REM periods usually last a general maximum of 90 minutes, meaning you can only dream for that long-
However there are some that claim 2 things
A. They can slow time down in their Lucids to seem as if they are dreaming MUCH longer
B. They can manipulate sleep patterns to achieve longer REM periods
As for if either are true or false, I can not offer any insight.
