      creating quick HI sounds

      last night i remembered something i used to do a few years back-

      what i would do is listen to a very short, simple, but catchy little tune before going to bed. and for about 7 minutes id concentrate solely on that tune while i was in bed with my eyes closed, and eventually i would really hear it. at the time i didnt know why it happened, but after reading about AP's + meditation, i think this i pretty similar. any ideas about whats up with it? btw, the sound didnt really last to long, id say for about 5 seconds tops. im going to experiment with that tonight and see if i can do it again + maybe bring on HI imagery.

      sometimes i can hear stuff in my head when im lying in bed


      i can also kinda make myself hear it by thinking about something that was said

      its kinda creeepy

      sometimes i get frustrated because i do have some cathcy little song in my head and feel like its gonna mess up my wild or meditation.
      No one knows everything

      Meh, sometimes when I'm doing something (not even trying to sleep) I start to hear music in my head, clearly, and it doesn't go away for a while. Maybe I'm going crazy.
