Seeing a flash when i go to sleep.

Background history: I've had lucid dreams my entire life but i did not know that everyone else had them. So i would get yelled at for talking about them

Anyways i've been seeing a flash lately when i go to sleep it happens like 1-2 minites after i try to go to sleep (I sleep with my eyes open) Now does this happen to any of you guys. It's just a yellow flash that happens without me trying. By the way i use the mild technique.
