      Unhappy i tried to WILD,but it took me like 514 deep breaths and nothing happened

      but i entered a phase where my eyebrows and all my sjin of the face was shaking rarely, i need more tips !

      well i feel your pain, but if you find that WILDing isn't working i'd suggest trying something else, by all means continue if you feel sucess is coming your way but WILDing is hard, i layed in bed a full 2 hours counting my breaths with no luck, just a numb body that i could easily move, i can't explain the shakiness of your face but if you feel that it was a partial sucess for you then try again and see the results, experiment, trial and error, see which is best, try different things, your in control my friend

      It seems to me that you were too awake. If you were doing a WBTB, I suggest lowering the amount of time until you go back to bed. Also, what time did you attempt this? I find it easier to try and WILD at about 3:00 (just before one of my REM periods, I am still tired, it is still dark out). Great thing is, if I end up falling asleep after waiting (even for as long as two and a half hours...), I'm bound to have a DILD!
