Early signals of wild?

I know your body goes numb and all, but last night I decided just to try to make my body fall asleep right when I went to bed last night, and I think i did, I just wanna know if this is symptoms of it happening.

I sort of felt weird, and I tried to move my fingers and I knew I could but it would be harder than normal, but I wasnt sure if it was me wanting to believe my body was asleep.

My thumb would twitch on its own, like uncontrollably.

And my arms felt like little pulses of something un explainable going thru them, maybe a little tingly but it might have been my imagination.

I always say anything you don't normally feel is a signal of getting closer to a WILD.

I don't want to sound ignorant...but what do you guys mean by "wild"? Do you mean making yourself fall asleep when you want?

Wake initiated lucid dream. Basicly you lay down try to stay awake while your body falls asleep so you go right into the dream.
