yeah I read somewhere else on this forum that it does affect your dreams but I don’t know which foods do... actually that’s a good question
if you eat a lot of dairy stuff (milk) you have a lot of dreams. supposedly, if you eat a lot of junk food you have bad dreams.
[size=24]CHOCOLATE!
...hey, it's an excuse to eat it!
Eat foods that will produce more seratonin...
Yes, the things you eat before going to sleep affect your dreams. However, experiences can vary between people, as no two people are ever the same (except perhaps in the case of twins or something).
Some people say if you eat cheese before going to bed, you can have bad dreams, for example.
The best way to discover what different foods do to your dreaming experience is to well, try it.
Yes, food does affect your dreams.
Try eating 5 bananas before going to bed, combine it with melatonin and you are likely to have insane/lucid dreams.
I've had positive experience with eating salad before going to bed - guess there's a lot of different vitamins, and they are slowly released in your blood throught the night...

no really. you can't prove it was the potatoe chips that gave you a good dream if you only tried it one night. sure, it's possible, but unless you try it out for awhile, it's pure coincidence...
i like eating loads of cheese before bed... a big block of it usually makes my dreams much more vivid. I dont get nightmares, i think thats just a myth.
Once, when I was 9, I ate to much cake and halucinated all night long...it was fun!!! :roll:
Eating before I go to bed is pretty unfavorable for me, though...
