I am hoping to compile a checklist of lifestyle changes that will help people to LD and perhaps post in the tutorials section. Any thing you come with will be greatly appreciated and will be credited to you in the tutorial.
So for example,
.Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night
.Don't drink or take drugs before bed
.Get so much exercise during the day
.Try to eat such and such
Relaxing some time (just listening and viewing world around you using your every sense) in nature.
Read or watch thought provoking material.
Could you also explain why it would be beneficial, I guess relaxation wil eliminate stress-stress will make it hard to focus on lucid dreaming
thats one of things what i found has helped me most just sitting down on my own in park or in my garden and just listening to everything and watching.Quote:

Listening to music can help steer your mind away from stress.
I'd say that comes under relaxation
i like to take a B vitamins complex supplement in the morning... i usually start remembering dreams AFTER i wake up, not right as i do, so this helps my recall.

I always think it helps to read over my dream diary every now and the just to remind me of dream signs and plus it gets me excited so that I really want it to happen lol
